Agriturismo Salella
The farmhouse "Salella" is in Salento, province of Salerno, in a beautiful area of Campania. The farm is nestled in the beautiful scenery of the National Park of Cilento and is a pleasant refuge in the green setting, on a hillside of olive groves, vineyards, chestnut forests and typical woods. The company is located in an ideal location for those who want to explore the wonders of the park rich in legends, ancient testimonies of history, art and civilization.

The Restaurant
The restaurant serves Mediterranean and Cilento cuisine with deep attention to details. Cold cuts apetizers, pickles, cheese, pasta dishes with homemade pastas with traditional sauces, side dishes with grilled meats or cooked in a wood oven and accompanied by side dishes, varied and tasty. All this combined with excellent local wines. Among the desserts, always present and homemade, we find cookies, tarts, cakes, the "scauratielli" with Cilento honey and fresh rosemary and "struffoli" served in lemon leaves.

Surroundings
The historic center of Salento is about a mile from the farm: you will see fragments of ancient cultures and churches with steeples of a unique style. By the farm is easy to reach the beautiful beaches of Casal Velino Ascea Marina, Pioppi "home of the Museum of the Sea" , Acciaroli and Licosa. A few kilometers away from the port of Casal Velino there are ferries to Palinuro, Marina di Camerota, Capri and Amalfi. Nearby you can find Velia, Paestum, the abbey of Pattano and the Certosa of Padula. Other places where nature expresses itself in all its beauty and majestic are Castelcivita caves, gorges of the river Calore, the caves of Pertosa and the beautiful mountain ranges such as the Alburni.

The Farm
The farm cultivates more than 3000 olive trees with organic method. Within the company, an agritourism facility has been built that welcomes guests who love nature and healthy eating. The company produces organic extra virgin olive oil, vegetables and selects the best ingredients for its cuisine. At the farm it is possible to buy typical local products such as extra virgin olive oil, jams, wine and handicrafts of the Cilento Park area.

Rooms
The cottage is completely renovated and offers from the windows of the guest rooms, the magnificent view of the natural landscape incredibly intact. The company has eight double rooms, including 4 adapted for the addition of a bunk bed, for a total of 24 beds available. All rooms are furnished with care and style, heated, en suite facilities and offer a quiet and comfortable stay. For guests is always available color TV, telephone and free parking.
