Agriturismo Madonnabruna
Our farmhouse is near the Adriatic sea, deep in the countryside that surrounds Fermo. We are in Marche, in an ideal position that gives a wonderful scenic view on the Sibillini mountains. In the last years our region has gone through a process of repopulation of the fauna, so it will be easy to bump into wild animals as badgers, foxes and porcupines. A healthy ambience characterized by comfort and tranquillity is ideal for families with children that want to spend their holiday in contact with nature. The farmhouse offers different apartments located in two buildings. The only one separated from the others is "Pioppi", a comfortable accommodation of nearly 40 mq that is composed of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, kitchen, living room and private panoramic terrace.
Swimming Pool and Hidromassage
Our facility has a new swimming pool with a width of 7 meters and a length of 9 it has a round side designed to follow the natural profile of the land and allow a breathtaking view towards the sea. The entrance staircase made up of 4 steps of variable size also allows children to play in peace. On the horizontal side of the pool there is a seating area with 4 hydromassage jets for relaxing moments.
Surroundings
The farmhouse is located on the top of a beautiful hill between the territories of Fermo and Lapedona, halfway from the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mounts. Seaside lovers can reach in a few minutes the Adriatic coasts, from the Natural Park of the Conero in the northern part of Marche, to San Benedetto del Tronto. For those who want to discover the most interesting towns of the region, we suggest Tolentino, Macerata and Urbisaglia. Marche are an ideal region for tourism, you'll have the possibility to live a amazing holiday surrounded by a wonderful naturalistic background.
The farm
The farm "Madonnabruna" covers nearly 50 hectares of land cultivated at vineyards and orchards. Our cultivations follow the periodicity of the harvests, so you can taste our fruits in the best period of the year, ideal to appreciate their quality. The production is managed according to low environmental impact methods. The results of the works in the cellar allow us to reach a high quality target, you'll taste red and white wines DOP and IGP obtained from excellent grape varieties as Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Passerina and Sangiovese.

"Casa Il Picchio" House
The house "Picchio" is an ancient farmhouse that still maintains the characteristic style of the tradition. The house is composed of four independent apartments, each one provided with two bedrooms, living room with kitchen area, veranda or terrace, bathroom and reserved car park. "Grande" is the most ancient of the house, it is indeed characterized by original trusses and an elegant fireplace, elements that preserve the typical atmosphere. "Terrazza" is located at the first floor and takes its name from a wonderful scenic terrace. "Mare" instead, is at the ground floor and offers a comfortable veranda with pergola. In closing "Vetrate", a lightened apartment that is equipped with sofa bed and fireplace. These accommodations can house from 4 to 7 people and cover at least 50 mq.
"Casa dei Conigli" House
This house is structured on two floors and offers four comfortable apartments. Every accommodation is composed of one or two bedrooms, living room with kitchen area, terrace or veranda. The apartments are spacious, indeed they can host up to six people and "Olivi" is also accessible from handicapped people. "Suite" is at the first floor and is characterized by two wonderful scenic terraces where you can comfortably eat en plein air. "Fiori" is located at the first floor and, thanks to the double sofa bed, turns out to be ideal both for couples and families with children. "Olivi" instead has two bedrooms for at most six beds. In conclusion "Limoni", located at the ground floor. It has a spacious independent veranda where eat surrounded by the nature. The accommodations cover from 44 to 65 mq and can house up to 6 people.
