Our farmhouse is in Acquapendente near Viterbo. We are in Lazio, near the renowned Orvieto and the Bolsena Lake, in a wonderful region of Natural Parks, medieval towns and interesting tourist destinations. The agritourism is in the context of an agricultural farm that combines the modern activities with the traditional habits. Our guests can opt for a comfortable accommodation within ancient farmsteads recently restored.
Swimming pool and Services
The farmstead makes available even a wonderful swimming pool (13x8x1,5 m) where to spend pleasant moments of relax. At the poolside you can organize banquets and special events. At the guests disposal various services, playground for children, table tennis, spacious gardens, wellness area with whirlpool for seven persons, sauna and a little shop with the products of the farm.
The Villas
The farmhouse offers a familiar and comfortable welcome in various villas obtained from the renovation of a typical stone farmhouse and its annex. The works carried out during the restoration of the structures made it possible to recreate the classic atmosphere that reigned in those years. The structure consists of the Villa Il Tesoro, the Villa Il Giardino dei Tesori and the Villa Casa Mia (B&B My Home).
Restaurant and Events
The restaurant proposes delicious recipes that combine modernity and tradition. Our aim is to guarantee a final product characterized by genuineness and quality. The restaurant is composed of two spacious halls with terrace and it is surrounded by the garden. Moreover, it is the ideal place where to organize meetings, ceremonies and special events. You can agree the menu for groups of at least 20 persons. Our farmhouse makes available even internal spaces, ideal for meetings and activities of team building.

Villa Casa Mia (B&B My Home)
The B&B is located at the first floor of the main house and it is provided with a spacious living room. The suite "Oro & Argento" is a double bedroom of nearly 50 mq that offers an elegant bathroom with whirlpool bath. At the guests disposal even a spacious room with television and a comfortable bed. "Platino" is a smaller accommodation, 16 mq with private bathroom, ideal for couples.
Villa Il Tesoro
The apartment "Lo Zaffiro" is a two-room apartment with independent entrance at the first floor, equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. "Il Rubino" covers 34 mq and it is provided with private entrance, kitchen with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom. You can even ask for an additional bed. "Lo Smeraldo", 32 mq at the ground floor, is composed of kitchen, double bedroom, kitchen totally equipped, fireplace and bathroom with shower. Moreover, "Il Tesoro", similar to the others, is at the ground floor. Every accommodation has private external areas. "Zaffiro" and "Rubino" can be connected to create a more spacious apartments, ideal for families and groups of friends.
Villa Il Giardino dei Tesori
This villa is composed of living room and kitchen totally equipped. At your disposal oven, washing machine and microwave. The cottage, located at the ground floor, is surrounded by a spacious garden and it has a private area under a shaded pergola. The rooms, double or twin, can be rented even separately. "Giada" can house disabled people, "Turchese" has a romantic shower for couples and "Corallo" is a wonderful suite with whirlpool bath and double bed in the attic.
