The farmhouse is in the countryside that surrounds Modigliana, a village in the province of Forlì-Cesena. We are in Emilia Romagna, within an agricultural farm that mainly deals with olive trees and vineyards. "Case Nuove" is characterized by an ancient complex dating back to the 1700 that still maintains the original features. The apartments have been obtained from the manor villa and from the ancient barn, suggestive ambiences that perfectly combine the modern comforts with the rural tradition. We make available spacious apartments for at most 10 people, cozy solutions ideal for families and groups of friends.
Swimming Pool and Activities
Within the property there are suggestive trekking paths among the vineyards, ideal to keep in shape in naturalistic ambiences, and a little store with the biologic products of the farm. The villa, completely surrounded by the verdant nature, is provided with a wonderful panoramic swimming pool. Indeed, the solarium offer a scenic view on the wide vineyards. Our farmhouse is the ideal solution for those who desire holidays in the pursuit of nature, relaxation and enogastronomic experiences. Our guests can even organize excursions and bike tours.

All the apartments are furnished in rustic style and provided with modern comforts. The apartments "fienile sopra" and "fienile sotto", respectively at the first and ground floor, are composed of two rooms with bathroom and living room with kitchenette. One of the rooms has a suggestive vault ceiling. The panoramic apartment "padronale" covers 90 sq. metres and it has two double bedrooms, bathroom and a spacious living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Our farmhouse is in the heart of the Appenines, at 5 km from the border with Tuscany and a few minutes from the village of Modigliana. We can suggest the most interesting itineraries in the vicinities, ideal to visit some of the most renowned art towns of the Central Italy. Firenze, Bologna, Ravenna are respectively at 90, 70 and 60 km from the farmhouse. Sea lovers can organize daily trips along the famous Riviera Romagnola. Moreover, Imola, Predappio and Faenza are some of the destination you can easily reach starting from the agriturismo.
