Antica Masseria Pescu
Our estate is a typical masseria, a traditional building that characterizes the Salento. We are in the southern Italy, in Presicce, a little hamlet in the province of Legge surrounded by old-centuried olive trees and historic heritages dating back to the X-XII centuries. Presicce is halfway from the Ionian and the Adriatic coasts, an ideal starting point to reach the wonderful beaches of the Salento up to Santa Maria di Leuca. The manor farm is located in a verdant place, a cozy place where to relax and discover the local traditions. Pets are not allowed.
Swimming Pool
At the guests disposal a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by green areas, a corner of tranquillity ideal to relax and refresh during the hottest days. The pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. At the poolside there are even tables and chairs, our aim is to offer relaxing areas where our guests could spend moments of company and share time with old or new friends.
Activities
Salento is a land full of places to visit, beaches and sea, festivals and events, activities, excursions, entertainment and much more. Our farm is managed by a nice local family who will be happy to provide useful information for excursions and sports or cultural activities in the surrounding area. You can also ask for advice for the best restaurants in the place where you can go and discover the flavors of the Salento tradition.
Surroundings
Our masseria is close to Presicce, one of the most beautiful hamlets of the Salento. A locality characterized by traditions and interesting ancient works, villas, ancient palaces, wonderful hanging gardens and even 23 hypogeum olive mills. The whole Salento and the province of Lecce offer various opportunities to discover the region, its folkloristic events, beach localities and naturalistic destinations. We suggest the guests to visit Specchia, an other wonderful hamlet, and Santa Maria di Leuca, known as the last locality in the souther Puglia, the suggestive point where the Ionian sea meets the Adriatic. Santa Maria di Leuca is characterized by a suggestive inner town where to visit a Sanctuary and a Basilica.

The four double suites cover nearly 32 square metres and they make available a double bed and a private bathroom. On the other hand the two triple are quite more spacious, 38 square metres and an additional single bed. Every morning we serve a delicious buffet breakfast. Our "Lodges" are suggestive historic apartments that could house from two to five persons, independent accommodations with kitchenette and reserved external area. At the guests disposal even a common bbq, ideal to spend moments in company and taste delicious grilled meats. "Levante" and "Ponente" are more spacious and they are ideal for families and groups of friends, both composed of living room, double bedroom, twin bedroom and private bathroom.
