Old House
Our holiday home is in Penna San Giovanni in the province of Macerata, a country house in the mountain area of Macerata within the Mountain Community of the Blue Mountains. We are in the Marche, in a nineteenth-century farmhouse between the Monti Sibillini National Park and the Adriatic Sea. The country house is the ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by mountain bike and for trips to discover countries rich in history, culture and natural beauties. We will also be happy to recommend you cellars, restaurants and products of excellent quality. Throughout the year you can taste the typical products that are offered at the festivals organized in the surroundings.

Swimming Pool
The park and the panoramic swimming pool are at guests' exclusive disposal. The circular pool of 78 square meters is located in a park below the house. You will have to take a suggestive flight of steps through the green of our garden in order to have access to it. It is 1.20 / 1.30 m deep and is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and a shower. Next to it there is a pretty pond with aquatic plants. The outdoor area, furnished with tables and benches in panoramic positions, is illuminated at night by magnificent light effects. A barbecue in the garden and one on the terrace are also available.

Surroundings
Our country house is in Penna San Giovanni in the province of Macerata, at 650 meters above sea level, halfway between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic coast. The distance between Penna San Giovanni and Macerata is about 37 Km. In the province of Macerata there are many localities of great natural beauty and enchanting places to visit for those looking for a holiday in the Marche countryside. Do not miss the Infernaccio gorge, the lake of Pilato and the beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto or the Riviera del Conero. The most evocative towns you can reach in a short time are Sarnano, Fermo, Tolentino, Loreto and many others. The nearest beach is in Porto San Giorgio and is about 35 km away, while in the immediate vicinity you will find a riding stables with riding school.

Sibillini Mountains
The Gaia association allows you to discover the most beautiful places of the Sibillini Mountains National Park with outdoor sports and activities throughout the year. In the adventure park of the Fiastra lake you can make suspended paths over trees and cableways, archery, orienteering, the naturalistic tour of the lake in an ecological boat, walk along the lake and refreshing baths on the banks. And, moreover, flying in a two-seater paraglide together with the instructor in the Sibillini Mountains and above magical landscapes, excursions and walks in the Sibillini Mountains with guide on the Park routes such as Monte Vettore, Lake Pilato, Monte Bove, Monte Sibilla , the Fiastrone or Infernaccio Gorges or canyoning activities.

Apartments and Villa
We offer our guests two types of hospitality, you can choose the entire villa or the two apartments that make it up: Romeo and Juliet. The two separate apartments also have separate external entrances and are fully equipped. The house, on 220 square meters, consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with central island, dining room, bar area, lounge, another living area with kitchen and living room and two closets. The structure is spread over three floors, is tastefully furnished and allows guests to stay in total autonomy. If you opt for only one of the two apartments that make up the villa you can choose between Romeo, 120 square meters for 4 + 2 beds, or Juliet, 100 square meters for 4 + 2 beds.
