Podere Farnesiana is located in Tarquinia, in the heart of the Lazio Maremma. It has 5 refined rooms and an elegant events room. The structure is surrounded by a beautiful park with huge olive trees, Mediterranean vegetation and enclosures that host beautiful Maremma horses on the green of a lush meadow. The Tolfa Mountains enrich the suggestive panorama that crosses the valley of the Mignone river and reaches the sea. The farm is a paradise for those who love the outdoors. The structure is ideal for horse riding, mountain biking, enduro, trekking and nature photography enthusiasts.

The Farm
The farm has 50 hectares of land cultivated with the conventional method. The main cultivation is that of the tomato that alternates with that of cereals such as durum wheat and wheat. A part of the land is dedicated to the cultivation of fruit trees, vegetables and to the production of extra virgin olive oil for the consumption of the agritourism activities.

Activities
The vast and rich territory in which the agritourism is located is ideal for a clientele that loves nature and sports that can be practiced outdoors. The structure is in fact well equipped to accommodate lovers of trekking, mountain biking, horse riding, enduro and free climbing. Our attention is also paid to those who want to discover the secrets of the Maremma gastronomy with fun cooking classes in the company of our cooks, but also to those who simply want to spend a relaxing holiday, enjoying the sun, good air, food and excellent wine quality.

The Podere Farnesiana is located in the heart of the Lazio Maremma, a geographical area rich in history, nature and food and wine traditions. Rome can be reached in 50 minutes by car. During the day you can visit interesting places like Civita di Bagnoregio, Caprarola, the Park of the Monsters of Bomarzo, Viterbo, the lakes of Bolsena, Bracciano and Vico. Don't miss Tarquinia, a splendid medieval village and guardian of the treasures of the Etruscan civilization which is 15 minutes away by car. Our farm is undoubtedly the ideal starting point to discover the history, nature and traditions of Tuscia.

Rooms and Services
All rooms have bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar, tea kettle and free Wi-Fi. Each accommodation has an external porch furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the peace of the surrounding countryside and taste the company's fruit. Breakfast is served in a lovely and welcoming antique-style room, with a large window overlooking the garden. We offer homemade desserts, orange juice, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, biscuits, croissants, toast, jams, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cappuccinos, coffee or chocolate. It is possible to dine in the restaurant of the nearby Casale Poggio Nebbia (just 500 meters) where traditional dishes and organic products of the company are offered.
