Masseria Tenuta Flora Maria
The estate is inside an ancient country house renovated and transformed into a charming farmhouse where you can rediscover the atmospheres of the typical Salento country life. The large central courtyard overlooked by the various rooms and a large porch once used for animal feeders, which today houses the breakfast room, create a magical atmosphere of times gone by. Moreover, the family management and courtesy towards the guests is the extra element that makes it extremely hospitable. The agriturismo is surrounded by land cultivated with vineyards, pomegranate, fig, quince, citrus, apricot and plum orchards.
Swimming Pool
In Tenuta Flora Maria you can relax in a splendid swimming pool thanks to the lush Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds it. Who spends a holiday with us can feel the scents of the Salento countryside with its vineyards, wild rosemary, oleanders and the fresh sea breeze of the nearby and renowned tourist resort of Porto Cesareo with its beautiful beaches of fine sand and its sea crystal clear.
Relax Area
We have a small fitness corner with treadmills and exercise bikes, jogging and cycling routes and bicycles with free use. The relaxation area is equipped with loungers and sofas to relax in the cool summer days, reading a book or sipping delicious and refreshing drinks offered by our bar in the restaurant. The Estate has an agreement with a beauty and wellness center that, upon request, provides professional masseurs and beauticians. During the summer period there are Yoga lessons with qualified staff and in the morning you can experience this sensory experience in a quiet area of our garden.
Evenings in the Farmhouse
Our farmhouse welcomes its guests in a Mediterranean, refined and elegant environment. In the hall of our internal courtyard you can taste typical zero kilometer products and delicious Apulian recipes. Dinners are served twice a week and include specialties and typical dishes prepared with fresh products from the area and tastings of renowned wines from local wineries. The buffet dinner is sometimes enlivened by a group of folk music with typical Salento dances. The evenings are characterized by the tasting of aperitifs with excellent local wines that are served in the courtyard equipped with sofas under the starry sky of the Salento summer and with so much good music to allow the maximum relaxation of our guests.
Services and Beaches
The Estate has an agreement with several beaches in Porto Cesareo. With our agreement it is possible every day to change the beach and have the guarantee of an umbrella in some beaches with parking included in the price. It is possible to request the reservation service at the reception one day before or early in the morning at breakfast. Tenuta Flora Maria also provides free rental of chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for those who prefer to visit the free beaches. This service is on request and based on availability. We also offer a booking service for various affiliated restaurants located just a few hundred meters from the estate or in neighboring countries.
Activities
In our farm and in the area you can play many activities to spend a wonderful holiday in Salento. From April to October we will host in our court a Pizzica group that will involve you in the most traditional of dances of our land. For sea lovers it is possible to book sailing courses and boat trips. Scuba diving lovers can take advantage of the agreement with a professional diving center. Kitesurfing in Porto Cesareo and in the Salento will make you feel in the Caribbean with its crystal clear sea. In the Autumn and Spring, dunes are formed just a few meters from the beach, which allow beginners to have fun in calm waters and the more experienced can face the waves.

We also have a savory buffet rich in cold cuts, cheeses, pizzas, eggs, fresh bread and a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. On request, foods for celiacs or for those who are intolerant to milk are also available.

Tenuta Flora Maria is located 1 km from Leverano, a farming town with a charming historic center, full of typical restaurants and renowned wineries with the possibility of tastings and about 5 km from Porto Cesareo with its beautiful beaches. Other famous historical centers in the vicinity are Copertino and Lecce. Our estate, as well as being just a few km from the sea, is also the ideal starting point for visiting the Salento and splendid towns such as Nardò, Galatina, Gallipoli, Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca. We have 6 rooms including 1 double with services for the disabled, 2 standard rooms, 1 superior and 2 junior suites for families. The rooms have been designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay with attention to detail and design. The large 32-inch LCD TV screen and the free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection guarantee to the customer modern and quality services. The rooms are all independent, with a courtyard, garden or vineyard view and are equipped with outdoor space with tables and chairs, air conditioning, TV, mini bar, desk, private bathroom with large shower, phone, courtesy set and security and free Wi-Fi. The apartments available are three and overlook a large and spacious courtyard with seating areas equipped with sofas. Each apartment has its own outdoor space furnished with garden furniture for eating or relaxing outdoors. All apartments have a comfortable kitchenette with crockery, fridge, phone, dishwasher, microwave oven, TV, bathroom with large shower cubicle, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and parking on the estate. For the apartments, as for the rooms, we provide the daily cleaning, the change of sheets and towels and the buffet breakfast. On request it is possible to opt for the formula self catering. All apartments are on the ground floor overlooking the garden, the courtyard or the vineyard and can accommodate from 2 to 5 people.
