Masseria Tenuta Flora Maria
The estate is inside an ancient country house renovated and transformed into a charming farmhouse where you can rediscover the atmospheres of the typical Salento country life. The large central courtyard overlooked by the various rooms and a large porch once used for animal feeders, which today houses the breakfast room, create a magical atmosphere of times gone by. Moreover, the family management and courtesy towards the guests is the extra element that makes it extremely hospitable. The agriturismo is surrounded by land cultivated with vineyards, pomegranate, fig, quince, citrus, apricot and plum orchards.
Swimming Pool
At Tenuta Flora Maria you can relax by the edge of a splendid swimming pool thanks to the lush Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds it. It is also possible to enjoy all the comforts: sun loungers with pool towels provided, shower and hydromassage corners. To complete the pool area, a large porch with a bar corner and relaxation area with sofas, to be able to relax in the shade during the hot hours sipping a Salento coffee, a cocktail or a typical Salento aperitif with a glass of fresh Negroamaro rosé.
Relax Area
The Estate has a gazebo equipped in the shade for relaxing or Thai massages on request. Yoga lessons are planned in the morning to live a sensory experience in a quiet area of our garden.
Evenings in the Farmhouse
Our farmhouse welcomes its guests in a Mediterranean, refined and elegant environment. In the hall of our internal courtyard you can taste typical zero-mile products and exquisite recipes from Puglia. In the courtyard we host Pizzica groups that will involve you in the most traditional dance of our land. At the pool bar you can participate in aperitif tastings with excellent local wines under the starry sky of the Salento summer.
Services and Beaches
The Estate has an agreement with several beaches in Porto Cesareo. With our agreement it is possible every day to change the beach and have the guarantee of an umbrella in some beaches with parking included in the price. It is possible to request the reservation service at the reception one day before or early in the morning at breakfast. Tenuta Flora Maria also provides free rental of chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for those who prefer to visit the free beaches. This service is on request and based on availability. We also offer a booking service for various affiliated restaurants located just a few hundred meters from the estate or in neighboring countries.
Activities
In Masseria and in the area you can do many activities to spend a beautiful holiday in Salento. For sea lovers it is possible to book boat trips or catamaran trips with aperitif at sunset. For cooking lovers, instead, it is possible to participate in typical Salento cooking lessons. For wine lovers, visits to local cellars with wine tasting are planned.

Every morning, under a large open porch, you will find a rich sweet and savory buffet with a wide selection of fresh and local products. You can enjoy yougurt and fresh cheeses, honey, delicious homemade jams, cakes, sweets and typical pastries. You'll find fresh fruits like figs, prickly pear, plums, apricots, oranges and lemons freshly picked from our garden. We also have a savory buffet rich in cold cuts, cheeses, pizzas, eggs, fresh bread and a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. On request, foods for celiacs or for those who are intolerant to milk are also available.

Tenuta Flora Maria is located 1 km from Leverano, a farming town with a charming historic center, full of typical restaurants and renowned wineries with the possibility of tastings and about 5 km from Porto Cesareo with its beautiful beaches. Other famous historical centers in the vicinity are Copertino and Lecce. Our estate, as well as being just a few km from the sea, is also the ideal starting point for visiting the Salento and splendid towns such as Nardò, Galatina, Gallipoli, Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca. A gastronomic, seaside and cultural holiday amidst the scents of Mediterranean plants and vineyards.

The apartments available on the Estate are three and overlook a large and spacious courtyard with relaxation corners equipped with sofas. Each apartment has its own outdoor space furnished with garden furniture for eating or relaxing outdoors. All apartments have a comfortable kitchenette with dishes, fridge, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, TV, bathroom with large shower, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and parking space inside the Estate. For the apartments, as for the rooms, daily cleaning is provided, change of sheets and towels and a buffet breakfast in the courtyard room. All apartments are on the ground floor overlooking the garden, the courtyard or the vineyard and can accommodate from 2 to 5 people.
