Our farmhouse is not far from the center of Orvieto in the province of Terni. It is located precisely in the Torre San Severo area, a quiet town in Umbria that has the advantage of being close to interesting villages and characteristic medieval villages that are worth visiting. The structure is a family-run agritourism company born and renovated a few years ago. In the farmhouse there are an ancient vineyard, olive groves and orchards from which the fruits are harvested for organic production.

Riding Stables
Horse lovers can use the equestrian center of the company that raises Haflinger horses. The equestrian center has quiet and reliable horses, paddocks and boxes also for those who want to bring their own horse. An expert instructor can accompany guests for scenic walks and provide riding lessons. During walks in the countryside, with routes of varying duration and difficulty, you will be able to admire unique panoramas, observe local flora and fauna and discover the architectural beauty of the area.

Restaurant
For the guests of the farmhouse there is a small restaurant in a large room with fireplace located in the oldest part of the main farmhouse, which offers excellent vegetarian cuisine with a complete and balanced set menu. Our company also produces products such as liqueurs and fruit syrup, fruit juices and pulps, apple jams, peaches, figs, pears, extra virgin olive oil and wine.

Surroundings and Activities
Our farmhouse is an extraordinary starting point to discover medieval villages of Umbria and small villages full of charm in the surrounding area. Our area is in fact on the border with the Upper Tuscia region of Lazio and Tuscany and It is immersed in a territory where it is not difficult to meet roe deer, pheasants, hares and porcupines or to see an owl or an owl perched on a tree. Here you can still observe flying hawks, robins and other different varieties of birds with wonderful colors.

Rooms
The property has a maximum of 10 beds and offers hospitality in comfortable rooms and a small apartment. Our rooms are all furnished with taste and attention to detail, and have private bathroom with shower, television, independent entrance and heating, free WiFi internet connection and characteristic ceramic stove for the winter season. Large room, very comfortable with third single bed, large bathroom with shower, bed linen and towels.

Byron Room
Large bedroom with direct access to the garden, possibility of a third bed, wooden floor, refrigerator (extra use), bathroom with shower, table and sofa, still retains the old cows feeder, for up to four people, linen bed and bath.

Red Room
Large double bedroom with possibility of refrigerator, large bathroom with shower, for up to two people, possibility of third bed on small mezzanine accessible by ladder, bed linen and towels.

Green Apartment
We also have a small and comfortable open-space two-room apartment for two with direct access to the garden, small kitchenette, refrigerator, large bathroom with shower, small dining area, bed linen and towels and kitchen linen on request. It is possible to have breakfast service on request.
