Our agriturismo is in Fossato di Vico in the province of Perugia. It is a farmhouse in Umbria, between Gubbio and Assisi, on the hills of the Monte Cucco park. Immersed in unspoiled nature, it is the ideal place for a relaxing and nature holiday and to be discovered with horseback riding or mountain biking. A paradise for lovers of trekking and hang gliding. The farmhouse has been carrying out certified organic cultivation for years, making the most of the typical products of the Umbrian territory. The organic production is mainly aimed at legumes such as lentils, cicerchie, spelled and chickpeas and extra virgin olive oil.
Sports Activities, the Monte Cucco Park and the Surroundings
In our farmhouse you do not come only for a relaxing holiday, but also to be able to carry out multiple activities and make the holiday an unforgettable experience. First of all the Monte Cucco Park, an Apennine mountain system on which Monte Cucco stands (1566 m). It is the Park of mountain sports such as hang gliding, caving, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, trekking, free flight schools, paragliding and horseback riding in the Tatanka equestrian center just 100 meters from the farm. And also guided excursions to the Park and the Caves of Monte Cucco, guided excursions to the Frasassi Caves and visits to the most suggestive Umbrian cities of art such as Gubbio, Assisi, Gualdo Tadino, Spello and Città di Castello.
