Tenuta Ca' Zen
Tenuta Ca 'Zen is a magnificent villa from the 1700s. The estate, visited by the English poet Lord Byron and in recent years by the royals of Belgium, famous actors and well-known musicians from all over the world, has a great charm and maintains all the authenticity of an ancient country house. The villa consists of the main house with rooms of authentic charm, self catering apartments obtained from ancient farmhouses, chapel, barns and large garden with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
Swimming Pool and outdoor Activities
In Ca Zen it is possible to relax in the garden or by our lovely outdoor swimming pool. We can also organize taylor made English and Italian Courses for our guests, yoga sessions. We have 20 Bikes on our estate and a barn where we also have the necessary tools and equipment for small repairs. Our area is ideal for cycling, canoeing, boat trips accompaniend by local nature guides and fishermen. If you are a keen birdwatcher... bring your binocolous with you. The Delta is a paradise which welcomes over 250 different bird species.
On horseback in the Po Delta
Ca Zen can host both riders and horses. The Po Delta is a wonderful area which can also be enjoyed on horseback, the are are wide spaces, lovely grassy riverbanks with good terrain for trotting and cantering, country lanes, and beaches. If you want to take your horse with you for your holiday, you are very welcome. You can arrange for guided treks with Ca Zen Owners. We collaborate with Albarella and Barricata Equestrian Centres cor magic canters along the beaches.
Ca' Zen Stables
The historical stable of Ca Zen can host up to 5 horses in lovely spacious boxes. We also have 6 fenced paddocks, and a lovely grazz manege with jumps , where you can work your horse both on the flat and over obstacles. It is possibile to organize stages with qualified instructors.

The estate is a wonderful setting for photo shoots. The interiors of the villa, the large courtyard, the chapel, the stables, the barn, the park and the rustic outbuildings, the surrounding countryside and the river behind are a unique setting for wonderful photographic services dedicated to portraits, fashion, events and rural landscapes.
The Po Delta Park
The Po Delta Park is a sedimentary deposit formed at the mouth of the Po River in the Adriatic Sea. It occupies an area of over 400 km², has an extraordinary wealth of natural environments, a great variety of animal and plant species and is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. The Delta beaches such as Boccasette, Rosolina, Barricata and Porto Caleri have the characteristic of being long, sandy and easily accessible. The beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car from Ca 'Zen and even more beautiful is to reach them by bicycle, boat or canoe.
Bed and Breakfast Service
Ca 'Zen offers a Bed and Breakfast service, but it is possible to have dinner by reservation. The hostess is a kind Anglo Irish lady who will serve you delicious breakfasts making you feel at home. Breakfasts based on homemade products served in the dining room or outdoors. In the evening, after a day of sport, on the beaches of Rosolina, Boccasette, Baricata, Comacchio beaches or excursions in the Po Delta park, our guests can relax in the lounge, in front of the burning fireplace, before choosing a good restaurant of the area.

All the rooms have been renovated keeping intact the charm of a country house of other times. The use of Wi-Fi is available in all rooms free of charge.
