Agriturismo Il Monterosso
Our agriturismo is in Verbania in the province of Verbano Cusio Ossola. We are in Piemonte, on a hill called "Monterosso" with a wonderful panorama of Lake Maggiore overlooking the city of Verbania. The farmhouse extends over 25 hectares of woods, meadows, vegetable garden and orchards with internal paths that lead to direct contact with our animals. In the main building, characterized by the suggestive panoramic tower, there are the reception, some rooms, the bar and the bright restaurant where you can appreciate the authenticity and quality of our cuisine. Within characteristic fully restored rural houses we have various rooms and some apartments.
Restaurant
The restaurant of our farmhouse meets the needs of our guests who meet in the characteristic dining rooms or outdoors. You can taste the chef's specialties accompanied by wines from our cellar and with a view of a wonderful panorama of Lake Maggiore and the valleys. Cattle, pigs, goats and poultry live on the farm. The cows and their calves are free to wander between meadows and woods and to feed on what nature offers, giving the meat of our production a taste of other times. From pig breeding we make skewers of pork and the cold cuts of our appetizers.
Services and Activities
At guests' disposal there are various services to make their stay at our farm pleasant, such as the gym, outdoor jogging, pony rides, spaces for children, mountain bike rental and helicopter excursions. . At Monterosso you will also have opportunities to meet with cute animals. Horses and ponies are available to children for fun walks in the fresh air. Always welcome are the dogs accompanying their owners who stay within our company. The farm is the ideal solution for families and for those who want to spend a few days in complete relaxation.
Educational Farm
Cattle, pigs, pigs, goats and farmyard animals live in our farm. The Monterosso farmhouse is part of the Didactic Farms circuit, or those structures recognized by the Piedmont Region in which children, through explanations from qualified guides, can learn many things about nature. Being in contact with the green of woods and meadows, with the farm animals and with the splendid views of Lake Maggiore is a beautiful experience that children will remember for a long time.

The Casa dei Castagni has furnished rooms with en suite bathroom, access to the garden and private parking. All rooms are equipped with hairdryer, TV, linen, mini bar (on request), independent heating and sun loungers. One room is equipped for disabled people. Villa Menozzi is the main building on the top of Monterosso and characterized by the suggestive tower. The villa offers tastefully furnished double bedrooms and all with en suite bathroom, TV and hairdryer. There is also the possibility to stay on the panoramic tower in the exclusive "Suite Menozzi" with a view of Lake Maggiore.
Apartments
For those who want to spend a holiday in autonomy, the farm offers the opportunity to stay in comfortable apartments, obtained from the restoration of traditional farmhouses that have a garden and a private parking space. The apartments offer the possibility of hosting families of two, three, four and five people and are on the first floor of the Casa dei Castagni, on the first floor of the farmhouse and in the tower of the Casa dei Castagni.
