The farmhouse is a residential complex 3 km from the center of Castiglione del Lago, a pretty town in the province of Perugia overlooking Lake Trasimeno and a short distance from the most famous towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Our structure is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. You will have the opportunity to practice sports, outdoor activities and spend moments of tranquility in the many well-kept spaces that we provide.
Swimming Pool and Services
We have a large garden full of plants and flowers that make it an enchanting place of relaxation and tranquility. Inside the green area you will find a gazebo and a barbecue area for barbecues with friends. Guests also have a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by nature with solarium, umbrellas and deck chairs. For lovers of good food we offer agreements with various restaurants in the area where you can taste the typical dishes of Umbrian and Tuscan cuisine at advantageous prices.
Activities and Play Area
Our structure is ideal for children because in the garden you will find a play area dedicated to them, a bowling alley and a ping pong table. For those who wish, it is possible to borrow bicycles for relaxing walks in nature or along the cycle path that runs alongside Lake Trasimeno. A few minutes from the farm you will find a golf course, a riding stable, tennis courts and hiking trails for all difficulties. To discover our territory even better you can also organize horseback riding or rent a wasp to visit the area.

Our farmhouse is located in the countryside surrounding Castiglione del Lago between the beauties of Lake Trasimeno and splendid characteristic villages such as Città della Pieve, Gubbio, Umbertide or Orvieto. Being on the border with Tuscany you can easily reach the enchanting towns of the provinces of Siena and Arezzo. A short distance from the property there are Montepulciano, Cortona and Pienza. The area is also famous for spas such as Chianciano Terme, San Casciano and Bagno Vignoni. Lovers of tourism on two wheels can rent a Vespa to discover other towns such as Trevi, Bettona or Bevagna.
